M+ is an art museum located in the West Kowloon Cultural District of Hong Kong. It opened its doors on November 12, 2021, and is Asia’s first global museum of contemporary visual culture.

M+ is dedicated to collecting, exhibiting, and interpreting visual art, design, architecture, and moving image from the twentieth and twenty-first centuries.

The museum’s striking architecture stands out on the Victoria Harbour waterfront.
It was designed by the renowned Swiss architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron, along with the British architectural company TFP Farrells and Arup.
The iconic LED screen on the building’s facade adds to Hong Kong’s skyline, making it a new landmark in the city.
